VK and OK will be banned in Ukraine

Today, I learned that Russian social web will be banned in Ukraine. The decree was written by Ukrainian president. Besides, Yandex services, 1C and Russian antivirus company will be banned too. I do not tell that it is terrible news. Most people will use other technologies and use the services. Many people migrate to Facebook or other social web. Maybe will be create a new social web for Ukrainian people. But, I think that the decree will not work, and we will use Internet as always.
